Whether you're a student, working professional or freelancer, you can use this template to keep track of your day-to-day project tasks! This format has helped me stay on top of all my to-dos, organized by project, status and urgency. You can view the list in two formats: a 'Timeline' view and a 'Board' view. The default 'Timeline' view includes a filter that only shows tasks that are 'Not started' or 'In progress'. Once a task is marked as 'Complete', it will disappear from the 'Timeline' view, but will always be visible in the 'Board' view. If you have any questions, please reach out anytime: https://www.ss-design.site/.

Any project status marked as Complete will automatically be removed from the Timeline View. You can find all completed tasks in the Board View.

Looking for a physical planning template? You can download the Word or PDF version from the links below. I suggest printing out 12 copies at once, which aligns with a semester's worth of planning. This approach will help you stay organized and maintain a consistent schedule throughout the term.
